[Latest update: 04 February 2026]
All runners must collect their bibs at the Burj2Burj Expo. This is the only location for bib collection, making it your essential stop before race day.
The process is simple and well organised, designed to help you get in, get sorted, and feel ready without stress.
Bib Collection Times
Thursday, 5 Feb 2026: 15h00 to 21h00
Friday, 6 Feb 2026: 15h00 to 21h00
Saturday, 7 Feb 2026: 07h00 to 21h00
What to bring
• Your confirmation email or QR Code
• A valid photo ID
You can also delegate someone to collect your bib. They’ll just need a copy of your confirmation email or QR code and photo ID.
Important reminders
• No bib collection on race day
• Collect early if you can to avoid queues
Once that’s done, take your time and explore everything else the Burj2Burj Expo has to offer.
This is where nerves settle, excitement builds, and familiar faces start to appear. Where runners swap stories, ask questions, and slowly shift into race-week mode. It is the moment Burj2Burj stops being a date on your calendar and starts feeling real.
Yes, you are here to get ready for race day. But you are also here to celebrate the journey, connect with the community, and experience race week together.

Community Spaces
More than anything, it is a place to pause. To meet fellow runners. To sit, talk, listen, and soak it all in. Whether you come alone or with friends, you will find spaces made for connection.
Inside the Burj2Burj Expo, the JTC Clubhouse is where race week slows down and goes a little deeper.
This is where the race briefing and elite press conference take place, but it is also where conversations extend beyond the course. Across race week, the JTC Clubhouse will host talks and panels around performance, recovery, athlete longevity, and how sport can shape lives and communities.
You will hear from world-class athletes, sports professionals, and voices helping guide the future of sport. Full session details and timings will be shared closer to race week.
The Burj2Burj Expo exists to remove uncertainty before race day. It gives you clarity, confidence, and peace of mind before you step onto the start line.
It is also a reminder that Burj2Burj is not just about finish times or personal bests. It is about people showing up, supporting each other, and sharing the journey.
