The undersigned participant (registrant), acting also on behalf of individuals registered through my online account (referred to as 'my others'), hereby acknowledge, in consideration of and as a condition of acceptance of our entry in the Burj2Burj event, for myself, my others, my heirs, executors, and administrators, waive any claim, right of claim, cause of action which I or they might have arising out of loss of life, injury, damage, or any loss which we may suffer or sustain during or as a result of our participation in the event.

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in this event carries inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, weather conditions, traffic, and course conditions such as road, sea, water, trail, or other. I and my others voluntarily assume all such risks, known and unknown.

2. Waiver and Release of Liability: This waiver, release, and discharge applies to all persons, corporations, and entities involved in promoting or organizing the event, as well as their servants, agents, representatives, and officers.

3. Physical Fitness and Medical Consent: I and my others affirm that we are physically fit and medically able to participate in part or the entirety of the event without risking our health or safety. We consent to receive medical treatment that may be deemed necessary in the event of illness or injuries.

4. Media Consent: I and my others grant permission for the free use of our names, voices, or likenesses in any broadcast, telecast, advertising, promotion, or other account of this event. We understand that no liability of any kind will be attached to any person, corporation, or entity involved in the event in case of cancellation or postponement.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy: The refund or cancellation of the event will not be possible, and the athlete is required to take out the available event insurance to ensure their refund is acceptable.

6. Compliance with Entry Requirements: All entries through the quick registration process acknowledge that they will complete the full registration process before the race and will find the link to this in their entry email. I and my others confirm that we meet all entry requirements as outlined.

7. Agreement to Event Conditions: We agree to abide by the event conditions as stated herein and in associated event materials. By registering for this event, I acknowledge acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, which are subject to change without prior notice.

8. Right of the Organizer: The event organizer, Worlds Iconic, reserves the right to reject any entry and to modify event details, including the route, date, and other aspects of the event, without prior notice. The event cannot be held responsible for any damages or inconvenience caused by such changes.

9. Prams and Risk Acknowledgment for Burj2Burj Half-Marathon: Participants are permitted to run with prams in the Burj2Burj Half Marathon but do so at their own risk. Worlds Iconic Events, along with event partners and suppliers, assume no responsibility for any damage, injury, or fatality to the participant, any persons/children in the pram, or any other entrants affected. Participants choosing to run with a pram take full responsibility for their actions and acknowledge the risks posed to themselves and others in the event.
